Description
The G-2 is a Kiridashi-style paring knife with a single bevel and hollow ground back. It has a titanium alloy handle and a corrosion-resistant MagnaCut steel edge, joined with a dovetail lamination. Its corrosion resistance makes it great for outdoor activities like green woodworking.
The knife comes with a leather case and is ready to shave out of the box.

A confession—I have a knife addiction (literally, I own hundreds of them). But I have to say, Zen-Wu’s knives are consistently in my top 3. It’s the first paring knife I’ve ever seen with dovetailed steel and titanium. The leather case is also great, letting you protect your tool in style.
The design is incredible, it feels amazing in the hand, and it’s pretty as hell. It’s perfect for cleaning up ultra-fine corners and other hard-to-reach areas. It’s also amazing for slicing down delicate veneers.
